01. Objective
The goal was to create and manage Dominion’s Instagram profile while keeping a consistent and professional brand identity that reflects the company’s core values: security, trust, and modern IT expertise. The main challenge was to communicate complex IT services in a clear, engaging, and visually appealing way to a wide audience.

02. Approach
Visual Identity & Mascot
A custom illustrated robot character was designed as the key visual element of the brand. The robot acts as a symbol of automation, precision, and security, consistently appearing across posts and making the profile unique and recognizable.Content Strategy
Educational Posts – Explaining IT concepts such as firewalls, monitoring, and Wi-Fi setups.
Product Spotlights – Highlighting key hardware components (e.g., Mikrotik devices).
Service Highlights – Showcasing Dominion’s offerings like 24/7 monitoring and network security.
Engagement Posts – Using the robot mascot in approachable, friendly ways to build connection with the audience.
Awareness & News – Covering industry updates and modern IT solutions.
Design Consistency
Each post followed a unified color palette, typography, and layout style aligned with Dominion’s brand identity, ensuring the feed looks cohesive.

The goal was to strengthen Dominion’s brand visibility and credibility on social media by:
Presenting the company as a trusted IT partner,
Building a recognizable and consistent digital identity,
Increasing engagement through informative and visually appealing content,
Adapting communication to different platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).

Visual Consistency: Developed branded templates for carousel and static posts in line with Dominion’s color palette and style.
Content Strategy: Balanced informative topics (cybersecurity, IT solutions, monitoring) with promotional call-to-action posts.
Platform Adaptation: Professional tone for LinkedIn, visual storytelling for Instagram, and concise messaging for Facebook.
Planning & Execution: Designed monthly calendars with content themes, created graphics, wrote captions, and optimized based on engagement.

04. Implementation
Tools: Figma, Canva, Photoshop for visuals; Meta Business Suite for scheduling and analytics.
Process:
Brand analysis and definition of tone of voice.
Creation of a template set for visual consistency.
Development of monthly content calendars.
